2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Purpose
These GTC govern the services offered by Prepapolytech, including internships, courses, coaching, and academic preparation services, particularly for students preparing for EPFL.

Pricing
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of registration. As an indication, the internship is proposed at a rate of 950 CHF. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF).

Registration and payment
Registration is done online via the Prepapolytech website.

Cancellation by the participant
In case of cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the start of the internship or course, a full refund is granted. In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the start of the service, no refund is due, except by exceptional agreement from Prepapolytech.

Cancellation or modification by Prepapolytech
Prepapolytech reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a service in case of major impediment, insufficient number of participants, organizational issues, or force majeure. In case of cancellation by Prepapolytech without an acceptable replacement solution, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.

Delays, absences, and non-participation
Any absence, late arrival, or non-participation by the participant does not entitle the person to any refund, except by express agreement from Prepapolytech.

Liability
Prepapolytech undertakes to provide services with seriousness, diligence, and professionalism. The services offered are based on an obligation of means, not an obligation of result. Accordingly, Prepapolytech cannot guarantee success in an exam, competition, admission, or evaluation, as this also depends on external factors such as attendance, personal work, exam conditions, and the participant's involvement. No refund will be granted in case of academic failure.

Force majeure
Prepapolytech cannot be held liable for delays, modifications, or impossibility to perform a service in case of force majeure or an event reasonably beyond its control, including illness, accident, major technical failure, administrative decision, unavailability of premises, or interruption of third-party services. In such a case, Prepapolytech may propose a postponement, an adaptation of the service, or, if necessary, a refund of amounts corresponding to the unperformed service.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the legal jurisdiction is at the headquarters or residence of the site operator, subject to mandatory applicable rules.

3. Privacy Policy

Data collected
As part of its activities, Prepapolytech may collect the following data: name, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, information transmitted via contact or registration forms, and any other data necessary for organizing courses and internships.

Purpose of processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• manage contact requests;

• process registrations;

• organize courses and internships;

• communicate with participants;

• ensure administrative and pedagogical follow-up;

• issue, if necessary, confirmations, invoices, or documents related to the service;

• improve services and website functioning.

Data sharing
Personal data are neither sold nor transferred to unauthorized third parties. However, they may be processed by technical providers acting on behalf of Prepapolytech, including the website host, form tools, payment services, or communication tools, as necessary for service execution.

Hosting and transfers
The website is hosted via Wix. Some data may be stored or processed on servers located in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, or other countries, depending on Wix's technical infrastructure and its subcontractors.

Retention period
